Pop-Up: Nurturing Harmony
What it's about

A fusion of Qigong-inspired movements, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra

According to BKS Iyengar, Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. He goes on to state that, ‘When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open up’.

Many of us often experience a sense of disharmony in our daily lives and it takes constant awareness and effort to bring the mind, body and spirit back into balance. Open up to more energy, serenity, flexibility, and wellbeing in this specially concocted fusion of Qigong-inspired movements, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

In her return to teaching and drawing from her own personal experiences in the last few years, Karen is determined to encourage rest in the body and mind. Her nurturing style and thoughtful teaching will encourage even the busiest of minds to relax. Don’t miss this opportunity to join her in this 90-minute special.
