A Carefully Selected Multi-Disciplinary Team of Teachers
Our teachers are a diverse group of individuals with expertise in different yoga disciplines and varying teaching styles, but they all teach with one objective in mind — to help you feel better in your body.
From Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga to Pilates, all teachers at Kate Porter Yoga have at least two years of actual teaching experience in addition to Yoga Alliance-certified teaching qualifications. Our senior teachers have close to or more than 20 years of teaching experience. They are friendly and approachable and always happy to modify a pose or provide more support if you speak with them before the class so that they can help ensure your journey is positive and your learning is safe.
