We have two studios in Singapore – our very first one in the East Coast and the second one at River Valley. Both studios feature our team of teachers who are passionate about what they do to improve your quality of life.
East Coast
Monday – Thursday: 9.00 – 13.00 & 18.30 – 21.00
Friday: 9.00 – 13.00
Weekend: 8.30 – 13.30 & 16.00 – 18.00
Kindly note Reception is not always open even if a class is on. If in doubt, please give us a call. Studio doors open 15 minutes before the start of class.
By Car:
There are lots of visitor parking within the condo. After exiting the ECP at exit 8a, turn right at the first traffic light. Thereafter, take the first possible right turn after the next traffic light into Laguna Park. If you are driving yourself, please park as directed by the security personnel at the condo. After parking, walk to Block G – we are the first unit in the block. Walking will take about 5 minutes so please set aside time for it.
By Taxi:
If you come by taxi, the taxi driver can turn left immediately as he drives into the condo (there is a sign ‘Residents only’ but taxis are allowed), and drop you off at the drop-off shelter next to the corner block. We are the first unit of Block G next to the drop-off porch.
By Bus:

By Car:
There are lots of visitor parking around the building. Parking costs $1.50 per hour. You will need to insert or flash your cashcard at the machine to enter and exit the car park.
By Taxi:
If you come by taxi, please let the taxi driver know that we are just right across Valley Point Shopping Centre.
By Bus:
14, 32, 65, 139, 970
MRT:
Tiong Bahru (followed by bus 14, 32 or 65, or walk for 15 minutes)
