What comes to mind when you think of the word ‘health’? Most of our brains automatically think physical health — exercising and moving, healthy eating, drinking water and so on. And while physical health does play a large role in keeping our bodies in shape and functioning properly, our mental health is just as important to maintain to achieve a healthy and happy lifestyle.
In this exploratory 2-hour session, Jennifer will guide you through different modalities to take care of the mind. There will be:
— a physical practice to loosen up the body;
— a pranayama practice to prepare the mind;
— a restorative practice to soothe the nervous system; and
— a meditation or quiet reflection time.
