Certified by the Australian Institute of Yoga Therapy, she specialises in yoga for mental health, addiction, back pain, cancer and chronic illnesses.

Her teaching styles are varied from beginners to advanced practitioners, strong styles to stretching and recovering. Regardless of the class type, the one thread that runs through all her teachings are breath and mindfulness focus throughout the session.
