She also has a great interest in working with pregnant women, leading her to complete a 200-hour Pre/post-natal yoga training after having her first child, and other trainings in Aromatherapy Yoga, Yoga Therapy with Yoga Medicine, Spinning babies and more. She now teaches yoga with more focus in healing and connecting to oneself through not just asanas, but also through breath work and mindfulness as she believes these are the tools to one’s well-being.
