Kris has been teaching a myriad of yoga styles for the last 20 years and is a certified nutritionist as well. She is passionate about sharing the joys of yoga and guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Through mindful movement, a healthy diet and a happy mindset, she believes that life is a colourful palette to be explored and lived.
While Ashtanga Yoga was her first yoga teacher training, Kris is happy that she is able to share the key elements of flow yoga in her classes.
