Annie is a certified yoga teacher and qualified yoga therapist. She has been a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years with over 12 years of teaching experience.
What was a way to cope with work stress later became so much more to Annie. She found herself embracing all of what yoga brings to her life — the breath, the mindfulness and the physical benefits — that it became a lifelong personal journey for the well being of her mind, body and spirit.
In recent years, Annie became very interested in the therapeutic application of yoga and mindfulness for physical and mental health that she became a fully certified Yoga Therapist. She hopes to share the knowledge and support those who wish to improve their physical and mental well being.
