Tibetan Bowls Meditation & Healing

Tibetan Bowls Meditation and Healing is a powerful practice that can bring one’s mind into a theta state. A deep sense of relaxation and realisation promotes the body and mind’s restoration and healing. There will be a stretching segment to prepare the body for seated meditation followed by group healing through Tibetan Bowls. The experience is highly individual. Limited to 6 pax only.

Roll and Relax

Treat your body to a luxurious myofascial release, a.k.a self-massage and tissue manipulation, and a yoga practice that helps you to unwind and restore.
The demands of our lives, especially in an urban environment like Singapore, usually mean that we are not sleeping enough and that our physical bodies are fatigued. Amidst the rush and deadlines, our nervous system is perpetually on overdrive and does not have an opportunity to reset and come back to a parasympathetic state. This is a session to reverse all of that.
Suitable for everyone. This class is a 2-credit class.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Have you ever woken up to swollen cheeks and puffy eyes? Or perhaps feel pressure in your face and head due to allergies, colds or sinus problems? Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage for face and neck might be worth a try. MLD is a tool used to keep the lymphatic system moving to help de-congest clogged sinuses, lymph vessels and nodes. This can also help the lymphatic system speed up its work to eliminate inflammatory fluids that build up in the body due to various reasons such as infection, illness, stress and/or poor lifestyle habits.
All are welcome. This class requires 2 credits.
Restorative Special

Restorative Yoga is targeted at rejuvenating the nervous system. Be expected to feel fully supported in a pose so that breath becomes easy and the body starts to receive restoration. The poses focus on invigorate your immune system, stretch out the aches and pains of the week and increase circulation throughout your body.
Suitable for everyone. Limited mats available.
Chair and Wall Yoga
6 & 13 April 2024 | 10.30-11.45 | River Valley
Practising with a chair or a wall can help both support and deepen yoga poses. It allows you to hold poses stable for a longer time, creating a deep opening and release, and can also help make backbends and inversions more accessible.
If you have never tried this style of practice before, don’t be mistaken this is a style of ‘soft and gentle’ yoga only suited for the elderly. It can be a demanding and energetic style of yoga.
