Muscle stiffness is often experienced from intense activities, inertia, sudden or repetitive strain, postural habits, amongst many reasons. And not forgetting the demands of our day-to-day lives that puts our nervous system on overdrive.
In this 90-minute self-care special, we will identify some of the common tension or trigger points and learn how to alleviate some of those tension via self massage (a.k.a. myofascial release) using ball rolling techniques coupled with long held, passive Yin stretches.
