Pop-Up: Yin and Myofascial Release for Tight Bodies

In this 90-minute self-care special, we will identify some of the common tension or trigger points and learn how to alleviate some of those tension via self massage (a.k.a. myofascial release) using ball rolling techniques coupled with long held, passive Yin stretches. 

Look forward to unwind and decompress this weekend.

About The Teacher

Elaine

Yoga was a part of Elaine‘s life for as long as she remembers. It was the only sport or movement she never got tired of. So when the time was right, she took up a Hatha Yoga Teachers’ Training in 2016 to further her passion. She loves the science and philosophy of yoga and readily admits she is an anatomy geek. Her passion for the practice saw her through more trainings and workshops with many other great teachers. She holds a 250 hours training in Hatha Yoga and another 300 hours training in Yin Yoga.

In Elaine’s class, you can expect attention to details, whilst offering opportunities for one to explore different ways to hold a pose that works for your unique body.  

The yoga practice has been both an empowering and embodied experience for Elaine. She hopes to deliver the same in her classes.
