Workshop description: Join us for a transformative yoga workshop where we explore the synergy between pranayama and asana practices. Through a progressive sequence of pranayama techniques, the asana practice will be guided by our breathwork, enhancing our awareness of subtle energies within. By deepening our awareness of energy movement through the body, this integration of breath with movement will elevate your practice to the next level!

While prior experience with pranayama is not required, participants should have some familiarity with yoga asanas. To enhance your experience, we recommend abstaining from food for at least 3 hours before class.
