Tibetan Bowls Meditation and Healing is a powerful practice that can bring one’s mind into a theta state. A deep sense of relaxation and realisation evoked promotes the body and mind’s innate restoration and healing abilities.
There will be a stretching segment to prepare the body for seated meditation with universal sounds followed by group healing through the use of Tibetan Bowls. The experience is highly individual and one will be able to share or enquire at the end of the session.
No prior experience is required. Class takes place monthly.
Session is not suitable during pregnancy. Participants with medical concerns, please speak with the teacher ahead of time.
