Pop-Up: Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath
What it's about

This is a rejuvenating practice to stretch out tired muscles and relax the busy mind. You will be moving and stretching into those tight muscles after a long day and immersing in the meditative resonance of Himalayan singing bowls in the background. The hope is that you will not only hear the sounds, but feel the vibrations.

This practice prepares you for a deep Savasana, bound to guide your body and mind towards rejuvenation. Suitable for all levels.

Dawn

Dawn is known for her strength-based classes but some say her gentler classes are even lovelier. She was a powerlifter, cyclist, kettlebell and hot vinyasa enthusiast and has been active all her life.

In recent years, she discovered the beauty of sound baths and the healing effects it offers and delved right into it. Currently, she's the owner of countless big and small Tibetan bowls as well as crystal singing bowls, bound to lull you into a deep rest.

Dawn believes that yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, size and ability. She enjoys creative and fun sequencing, and believes that your time on the mat is a time to feel alive and connected with your breath and body, rather than about achieving perfection in poses.
