Have you ever woken up feeling sluggish and unmotivated to move? There could be stagnation in your body that is causing these feelings of inflammation, tightness and pain resulting in poor recovery. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), performed consistently,might be a worthwhile try for you.

In this 1.5 hour session, Germin will go through a simple routine of how to manually stimulate the important lymph node clusters of your body. We will then dive into a simple practice aimed at improving circulation in the lower body. If you frequently experience bloating or feeling of being ‘stuck’ in your lower body, you don’t want to miss this!

Germin

Germin’s journey with yoga began in 2004, when the liberating and balancing benefits of the practice gave her a sense that this was to be her direction in life. Her teaching strength lies in attention to detail, with a focus on how to make the poses effective for students through precise instructions and adjustments. Vibrant and cheerful, she brings her personality into her delivery of the classes to engage and motivate her students.

In the last 10 years, Germin has been teaching Pilates and has been teaching a mix of both yoga and Pilates in most of her classes. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is one of her latest skills acquisition.
