Restorative Yoga is all about rejuvenating the nervous system. Be expected to feel fully supported in a pose so that breath becomes easy and the body starts to receive restoration. The poses focus on invigorate your immune system, stretch out the aches and pains of the week and increase circulation throughout your body. Suitable for everyone.

This class is suitable for everyone, with or without yoga experience.

About The Teacher


Annie is a highly experienced teacher in the field of therapeutic yoga. She has practised and taught yoga for many years, always employing a respectful and gentle touch to the practice. She is currently furthering her knowledge in a Yoga Therapy 200-hour course.
