Pop-Up: Tibetan Bowls Meditation and Healing
What it's about

Tibetan Bowls Meditation and Healing is a powerful practice that can bring one’s mind into a theta state. A deep sense of relaxation and realisation evoked promotes the body and mind’s innate restoration and healing abilities.

There will be a simple stretching segment to prepare the body for seated meditation with universal sounds followed by group healing through the use of Tibetan Bowls. The experience is highly individual and one will be able to share or enquire at the end of the session.

No prior experience is required.

Session is not suitable during pregnancy. Participants with medical concerns, please speak with the teacher ahead of time.

Kenrick
About The Teacher

Kenrick

Like many, Kenrick started practicing yoga for its physical benefits. Back in 2006 when Kenrick was actively participating in national and international Taijiquan competitions, he needed to release his tight muscles as a result of his intense trainings.

After being exposed to yoga, he was intrigued by yoga’s deep philosophy and decided to take up his first yoga teacher training in 2009.

Over the years, Kenrick continued to learn from many teachers but 2013 was a transformation leap for him as he advanced his yoga training with Ana Forrest, the founder of Forrest Yoga, author of Fierce Medicine and also a Shaman healer. Forrest Yoga taught Kenrick how to practice yoga in a healing manner through a focused and contemplative breath-centric approach. This empowered Kenrick not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually. In 2015, he embarked on another journey to explore the realm of Reiki and Shamanism to expand his toolbox of healing modalities.

Today, Kenrick teaches yoga, meditation, Taijiquan, Qigong and also offers Shamanic healing to those in need of a different perspective.
