With over 10 years of teaching experience and specialised trainings in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga (Women’s Wellness), Childbirth Education, as well as Kids & Family Yoga, Diana’s nurturing approach offers a safe yet empowering environment that fosters community and care beyond the mat.
