Let’s kick off 2025 with a two-hour complete Hatha Yoga practice with Hazel!

A yoga practice that touches on all aspects of yoga therefore creates a pathway towards balance, inner peace and equanimity. In this two-hour special, you will be practising pranayama (breathwork) and kriyas (cleansing techniques), moderate intensity asanas with variations for different requirements, contemplative restoration and a deep, guided Savasana.

Suitable for all levels of practitioners.

About The Teacher

Hazel Seah

Hazel’s teaching is down-to-earth and grounded in building a strong foundation through alignment, rhythm and breath. She brings a sense of lightheartedness to the mat and is able to skilfully breakdown challenging postures and transitions in a safe, mindful and accessible manner. She balances consistency and variety in her sequencing leading her students to deepen their practice in an encouraging, non judgemental and supportive environment. She encourages her students to approach the practice with a good sense of humour, an adventurous, yet compassionate spirit.
