A 90-minute special, this Chair and Wall practice is aimed at rebalancing and calming the nervous system as we head towards the end of the year. Using a myriad of tools such as the yoga chair, wall space, massage balls, somatic techniques and pranayama (breathwork), be expected to feel fully supported while in a pose so that breath becomes easy and the body starts to receive restoration.
The poses focus on invigorating your immune system, stretching and massaging out the aches and pains of the week and increase circulation throughout your body. Suitable for everyone.
