Pop-Up: Barre
What it's about

This is a monthly class that focuses on helping everyone on strengthening.

Barre is a strengthening workout incorporating principles from Yoga, Pilates and Ballet to help you get to the next level. You could be using light weights, resistance bands and small Pilates balls to help tone specific muscles and fine-tune your posture. Guaranteed to help you feel stronger in your glutes, legs, core, shoulders and arms.

Suitable for all levels of practitioners and you do not need prior knowledge of Pilates or Yoga or Ballet to join the class. Not suitable for pregnant ladies.

About The Teacher

Grace

Grace is a seasoned 500-hr yoga instructor. She is also Pilates and Barre certified. She takes special interest to body anatomy. She always reminds her students that yoga is not about using the body to get into any particular poses. Instead it is about using the poses to work on the body.

Grace firmly believes that stretching and strengthening is a well-balanced healthy recipe for the body. She uses yoga for stretching & barre for strengthening to keep the body both strong and flexible.

When Grace is not teaching, she would either be busy playing with her fur baby, Chanel, or practising ballet.
