KPY’s home-brewed tea recipes
At the end of every class at Kate Porter Yoga, each student is served with a cup of specially prepared, iced, home-brewed tea. The tea we serve changes with the ‘seasons’ giving a different type of invigoration throughout the year.
Each recipe was specially created by Kate and her mum. We have been asked so many times for our ‘secret’ recipes we decided to share them so you can enjoy them at home too. Enjoy the teas.
