Yoga has been a part of Alicia‘s life for over 10 years and her practice has inspired her to live each moment more mindfully and graciously. It simply takes one student to smile at her or say, ‘I can do crow pose now!’ to make Alicia’s day.

She finds meaning in knowing that something she did or shared in class helped students in their journey of self-discovery and it’s her students’ energy and passion for the practice that inspires her to teach.

Her classes are light-hearted as she just wants everyone to have a little bit of fun and not take things too seriously. Her classes usually involves trying a new pose, falling out of it and laughing together. Her mantra is ‘You’re only one yoga class away from a good mood’.
