‘Back to Basics’ with Li Ling in Siem Reap, Cambodia
Heritage Suites Hotel, 18-22 November 2022
Practise twice-a-day poolside yoga under a canopy of tropical flowers and towering trees, eat healthily, and venture out to the rich archeological temples and sites in the day, while resetting perspectives, priorities and winding down from the hustle and bustle of life. Experience Khmer hospitality at the Heritage Suites, one of the luxury boutique hotels in the city. You will be enjoying your retreat in the comfort of a suite with a private pool and steam room.
Explore what makes you happy in this 5 days-4 nights yoga holiday in the ancient city of Cambodia, Siem Reap with Li Ling. More often than not, it is the basics – being in nature, eating well, moving well and enjoying the company of the people nearest and dearest to you. As Dale Carnegie puts it, “It isn’t what you have or who you are or where you are or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about it.”
Li Ling believes in taking small steps towards progress and improvement and an overall moderation attitude in life. Her yoga practice and lifestyle reflects so as well, always building from the ground up.
In November, while you can expect some rain, this is not a bad time to visit Siem Reap since the temple sites are less crowded and the surrounding tropical landscape is at its full, fertile green glory. Rainfall usually comes in brief showers with moments of good sunlight to ensure you’ll be able to take a few good photos of Angkor Wat and beyond!
