Workshops are sessions that allow practitioners to learn more about a topic in a more detailed manner. Usually the session runs for two hours and the teacher/expert will share theoretical insights as well as a yoga practice or practical tips to apply in your day to day.
All workshops have a cancellation policy of 7 days and your booking is not confirmed until payment is made. Due to COVID-19 measures, we do not take walk-ins for workshops or our classes.

Teacher: |
Catherine recently graduated top in class from a 2-year programme at the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Overlaying her in-depth knowledge of TCM with yoga and making sure it’s applicable to our every day lives is Catherine’s aim for this session. Her belief in lifelong learning and keen interest in the study of anatomy and fascia, traditional Chinese medicine, qigong healing and yoga philosophy have motivated her to pursue such knowledge rigorously through self-study and workshops with many teachers including Carlos Pomeda, Charat Singh, Martin Kirk, Michael Watson, Thomas Myers and Tiffany Cruikshank. More on her here. |
