What it’s about:

Are you an overworked and sleep-deprived mum who needs time off to take care of your body? Do you experience diastasis recti, sacral-iliac and lower back pain when you cough, sneeze or run? — ways to feel and restore pelvic floor and core control;

— daily exercises that will improve your quality of life;

— breathing methods to make the body (and mind) feel lighter; and

— relaxation and meditation techniques to feel more energised.
