Private one-on-one or small group classes offer a high level of customisation and a deeper level of understanding for practitioners in yoga or Pilates.
Such small group classes are highly suitable if: you are completely new to yoga or Pilates; have specific health challenges you are working on and need specific guidance; or are trying to achieve particular goals in your health regime.
Private sessions offer you the flexibility of exercising at your own time, own venue, and choice of who you would like to exercise with if it’s a group session.
In the post-COVID world, you may also choose to do yoga or Pilates in a one-on-one or smaller group setting for peace of mind. In the months of June and July 2020, private sessions can be arranged by using your existing class credits in your package. See flyer below for details. 1 person session = 4 class credits
2 people session = 3 class credits per person
3 people session = 2 class credits per person
(Normal price for Private classes is minimum $130 for a one-hour session for up to 3 people.
Every additional person after 3 people requires a top-up of $15 each.)
