Private one-on-one or small group classes offer a high level of customisation and a deeper level of understanding for practitioners in yoga or Pilates.
Such small group classes are highly suitable if: you are completely new to yoga or Pilates; have specific health challenges you are working on and need specific guidance; or are trying to achieve particular goals in your health regime.
Private sessions offer you the flexibility of exercising at your own time, own venue, and choice of whom you like to exercise with if it’s a group session for that extra peace of mind.
Normal price for Private classes is minimum $160 for a one-hour session for up to 2 people. Every additional person after 2 requires a top-up of $15 each.
