Li Ling has taught yoga and movement for the last 10 years and has a keen interest in sports, anatomy, asanas and myofascial release techniques. Starting off your yoga journey with an experienced teacher who can break down the fundamentals of yoga can make all the difference in your body and your onward relationship with yoga.

In this Beginner’s Course, you will be learning:

  • A set of basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama);
  • How to personalise yoga for your own body and lifestyle; and
  • How ‘normal people’ can make yoga an extraordinary experience that will stay with you for a lifetime.

Due to the nature of the sessions, this course is only offered in-person. Handouts will available for reference during the course.

How do you know if this Course is for you?

If you are completely new to yoga and wish to start your journey with proper guidance and patient support, this course is made for you. Use this to kickstart your momentum for 2022 and feel confident when you next join a yoga class.

If you are not new to yoga but your practice has been disrupted in the last two years, this is a good opportunity to revisit the fundamentals and rekindle your love for yoga.
