What it’s about:

Traditionally, practising 108 Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) is reserved for the changing of the seasons. Summer marks a time of everything being in full bloom and Winter symbolises death and rebirth – new beginnings and fresh starts.

For the first time virtually, Li Ling and Germin will be leading you through 108 Surya Namaskars to mark a coming together of humankind to support those around us who are less fortunate and severely affected by COVID-19. For every booking (regardless of whether you join us virtually or not), KPY will be donating 50% of your ticket value to The Courage Fund.

Not suitable if you have not done yoga consistently for more than 3 months and have existing shoulder or neck injuries.

About The Courage Fund:

The Courage Fund was first established in 2003 when Singapore was hit by the SARS outbreak. Fellow Singaporeans donated generously to the Fund to support those who were affected by the outbreak. In this same spirit of uniting the community to support one another through difficult times, Community Chest is rallying the community to provide relief and support to those affected by the current COVID-19 situation.

Donations will go towards supporting and providing relief to vulnerable individuals and families, including healthcare workers, frontline workers and volunteers, affected by the COVID-19 situation. Click here for more info.
