Stacey is passionate about clean, healthy living with the ultimate aim towards optimal wellness for the body and mind.
After training and practising as an Integrative Health and Wellness coach, specialising in hormonal health and Ayurveda lifestyle practises Stacey still found there was a missing piece to the jigsaw.
She felt tired but wired, her body could not relax and was often woken throughout the night with body pain and a busy mind. Despite trying many forms of meditation and yoga it wasn’t until she experienced ‘Stillness Through Movement’ did the body feel safe to release and let go and then mind followed. This led her to train in Australia and bring the practice to Singapore for the first time. It has truly helped her and many others find balance, ease and joy in their lives and she would love to share it with you.
