Mingli discovered yoga in 2007 when she took her first Bikram yoga class out of curiosity. What started out as a pastime, became her main fitness pursuit and passion for life as she began to explore the philosophy & benefits behind the physical aspects of yoga postures.   In 2009, Mingli completed a 200 hour Hot & Hatha teacher’s training programme to embark on her journey of sharing her yoga practice. She has since gone on to study a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin with trips to Kaivalyadhama Yoga Research Institute & Ashram in Lonavla, India.

Blessed with the opportunity to teach and lead various yoga retreats along the way, the love for yoga has since deepened with her interest in concocting green juices and superfoods smoothies! Mingli believes in living life to the fullest and enjoy scuba diving in her leisure time to explore the underwater world. She likens breathing through the regulator to a form of pranayama breathing practice, quietening the mind and moving with awareness.

Mingli is now a mum of a toddler and spends the day playing with him and chasing him around. She also teaches Kids Yoga occasionally.
