In November 2021, we conducted a survey to better understand your satisfaction levels with our current booking platform MindBody Online. Your feedback helped us decide to move on from MindBody and we selected Momence (formerly Ribbon) to take KPY forward.
You wanted a booking platform that is more responsive and well-synchronised across both website and App, is able to accept payments at the point of booking, is able to send our Zoom links as and when booking for a class happens, as well as the ability to offer Video-On-Demand. Momence allows all of that.
On 7 January 2022, you would have already received a welcome email from Momence/KPY inviting you to create a password for your new Momence account. Please do so and you will be able to access your new Momence account thereafter and start booking classes.

Reminder: Before you can use the app or website, you need to claim your Momence account first by going to momence.com/forgotpassword and entering your account email that you used under MindBody Online so that it matches.

1. What do I need to do to ensure that my package information is moved over to Momence?
All you need to do is to create a password for yourself after you have received the Welcome email from KPY/Momence on 7 January 2022. Once you have created a password and log into your new Momence account, you can double check your package information and start booking your classes from 10 January 2022 onwards.
2. Why can’t I keep the history of all my past package purchases as well as classes attended the new Momence platform?
Don’t worry. Your historical information is still kept in our records for cross-referencing purposes and we will have the means to double check against it if necessary. However, as MindBody online and Momence are two completely different systems, we will NOT port over historical data.
3. When can I start booking my classes?
Class bookings do not only open on the 26th of the previous month at 12.01am anymore. Phew!
You can book classes up to 3 weeks in advance, right after the same class ends. For example, if the Beginner Yoga class takes place on Sunday 2 January from 8.30am to 9.45am, you will be able to book the same Beginner class up to 30 January at 9.45am.
4. Will I be able to pay for my classes and buy packages through Momence?
Yes! You can make your purchases directly on the KPY website or via the Momence App and your passes/credits will be updated immediately. No more lag time!
5. What if I still want to pay via PayNow or bank transfer for my purchases?
We would love that very much. Thank you! It will help KPY to save on admin costs to the credit card companies.
Kindly make a bank transfer or PayNow to our UEN 200722173H the exact amount and send us a screenshot. We will then process your payment and update your account as soon as possible.
6. Will I still receive class recordings for my livestream class bookings?
Yes you still will receive them.
7. What is the difference between Videos-On-Demand and Livestream classes?
Livestream classes are enjoyed real-time as the teachers are teaching the classes. You are practising together with the rest of the students in the In-Studio session, except that you are doing it from your own space and not at the studio. After the class, you will receive the recording that will last 3 days. Therefore each Livestream class is priced at $20, or $180 for 10 classes, or $299 per month for unlimited livestream classes.
Videos-on-Demand are classes that took place a few months ago and are specially selected for rental by students. Each video costs $7 and is available for streaming for 10 days. Alternatively, you can enjoy as many videos as possible by making a monthly subscription for just $20.
8. What should I do if I encounter issues with my account during the transition?
