After 18 years in corporate management, Annie took a one-year sabbatical to pursue her yoga education and travelled the world to undertake various teacher training programmes. She started to practise yoga since 2004 initially as a physical practice and has now embraced yoga as a lifelong personal journey for the overall well-being of mind, body and spirit.

Upon completion of the teacher training, Annie started teaching and founded a yoga studio in 2013. She taught various styles including Hatha, Flow, Vinyasa, Yin, Yin-Yang, Dharma and Kids Yoga.

During her personal trainings, she also discovered Aerial Yoga and found interest in the complementary benefits of the aerial practice. She introduced Aerial Yoga at the studio and began teaching Aerial Yoga since 2014.
